Praktik offers a wide range of features—from everyday questions, translations, and research to document processing and tools in the Word add-in. Every firm uses these features differently, and its needs may change over time. A credit-based system gives you greater flexibility: you can use credits for the features you need and always keep track of your usage.

### Which features use credits?

Credits are used by AI-powered features, including chats and research, document processing and analysis, translations, workflows, document tables, and other tools in the Word add-in.

### How many credits will I receive?

Each month, you receive 500 credits with Free, 2,000 with Education, 5,000 with Plus, or 10,000 with Pro. You can check your current usage in your account at any time. If you need more, you can purchase extra credits; these do not expire and carry over to future months until you use them.

### Do credits carry over from one month to the next?

Credits included in your subscription renew each month, and unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next month. Extra credits are tracked separately, do not expire, and remain available until you use them.

### What happens when I reach my credit limit?

You will be able to purchase extra credits and continue working with them.

### Where can I purchase extra credits?

You will be able to purchase extra credits directly from the Usage section in your account settings.

### Will I receive an unexpected charge at the end of the month?

No. Reaching your limit will not trigger an automatic payment or an unexpected bill at the end of the month. You will only pay for extra credits that you choose to purchase.

### Can I start for free?

Yes. You can try Praktik on the basic plan and upgrade later as your team needs grow.

### Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Larger teams and Enterprise plans can use annual billing and individual terms.

### Can we change plans later?
