When an organisation uses Praktik to process its own documents, matters, prompts, outputs, files or other workspace data, that organisation is usually the controller and Praktik acts as a processor under a customer agreement or data processing agreement. In those cases, please contact the relevant organisation directly if you want to exercise privacy rights connected to their data.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to job applicants or employees where a separate notice is provided.
