The Praktik add-in for Microsoft Word brings legal research, document analysis, and access to the business register directly into the environment where you prepare submissions and contracts. No switching between windows, no copying between applications.

Writing Assistance

Chat with direct access to the current document, legislation, court decisions, and the business register. You can request filling in data into a template, verification of a clause, completeness check, or suggestions for wording changes. Changes are applied directly to the document as tracked changes.

Business Register

Search for a company by name or company ID, verify current information, and insert it into the document without manual retyping. No need to open another window or copy data.

Translation

Translate a contract or submission into another language while preserving the original formatting. Tables, lists, numbered points remain exactly as they were.

References to Legislation and Case Law

Automatic identification of all citations of laws and court decisions in the document. For each decision, you can view a quick summary in the context of the document or navigate to the full text with one click.

Review

Reviews configured in the web version of Praktik also work directly in Word. The document goes through the same rules, and if it doesn’t meet certain checks, Praktik will prepare suggestions for changes.
